You can return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Returns must be approved first, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalized pieces with an initial are final sale. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we replace or refund it, with no return shipping needed.
