Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. Check your inbox (and your spam folder) for an email from Sanctelle. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Check your order status

You can also see the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account with the email you used at checkout.

How long does it take?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days after that. If your order has more than one piece, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Still hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
