By placing an order on the Sanctelle website, you agree to the terms below.

About the pieces

Sanctelle pieces are made of stainless steel with gold ion plating, unless the product description says otherwise. They are hypoallergenic and made to resist water and everyday wear. Like any plated jewelry, the gold finish can fade over time with heavy wear.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days after that. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If an order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Returns

You can return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Returns must be approved before they are sent, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalized pieces with an initial are final sale. If you return only part of an order bought with a bundle discount, the discount on the pieces you keep is deducted from your refund. Damaged or defective items

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, with no return shipping needed. Normal wear and tear, loss, and damage from accidents or misuse are not covered.

California Proposition 65

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order is already being prepared and can't be changed or cancelled.

Limitation of liability

Sanctelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where you live, to the extent those laws apply.
